The US release of this highly-anticipated dry yeast is selected for wheat beer fermentations. WB-06 produces estery and phenol notes typical of Bavarian-style wheat beers. Flocculation: low. Final gravity: high.

Brewing Note
Optimum temp: 65°- 74° F. A standard 2 gallon batch only requires half a packet. Seal and store the remaining yeast in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 7 days.
