BrewDemon offers shipping rates that decrease the more you purchase and is Free on purchases over $250 (provided the destination is a street address). Changes to the shipping address or shipping method can result in changes to these prices.

 

ORDERING/SHIPPING POLICY

Our warehouse is given 2 days to process each order, however most orders process that same day or within 24 hours. Processing time does not including weekends or holidays and shipping days do not include processing time, holidays or weekends. Orders taken after 10:00 AM PST on Friday, may not be processed until the following Monday. Our flat rate shipping is $8, all other shipping costs are calculated by shipping method at time of checkout. UPS ground as our standard method of delivery. See shipping page for details.

 

HAVING ISSUES?

Please do not return items to the store. We love helping our customers and will do whatever it takes to make things right. We offer a 120-day replacement guarantee on all BrewDemon kits and equipment. Along with a 30-day return policy on all BrewDemon products, including recipes (if they are unopened or unused).
