I’m Sam Dramis, founder of BrewDemon.com. In early 2012, after spending almost 8 years working for a competitor, I felt it was time for a bigger challenge. While searching for my next adventure, I realized how much l still enjoyed the home brewing industry and making my own beer. I liked the idea of making smaller batches of beer, but all the cool equipment was geared to 5 gallon brewing and up. Plus, I always wanted a conical fermenter. When was the last time you saw a bucket or keg-style fermenter at your local craft brewery?  

The problem was traditional conical fermenters were big and bulky and generally cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. So, I began to fool around with the Idea of designing my own line of smaller conical fermenters…based on the conical designs used by professional brewers. The first result is the BrewDemon 2-gallon conical fermenting system, which includes the world’s first 2-gallon conical fermenter (patent pending).

And besides making great tasting beer, bottling and clean-up a whole lot easier. Now everyone can afford to brew like the pros.
