Included
- (1 pound) Corn Sugar
Brewers Note
For best results add during a light boil, make sure it's fully dissolve before adding your extract.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the steps outlined in the instructions that came with your kit. You can download these instructions from our Help Desk under Downloads.
Dissolve in water, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Approximately 3.4 ounces of Corn Sugar per 1 gallon batch to boost your ABV by 1%.
- 2.1. Empty into mixing bowl and breakup any clumps you may find. This will help pour and dissolve more easily.
- 2.2. Add water into a clean 4-quart pot and bring to a boil. Once water begins to boil remove from heat and slowly mix in corn sugar (mix until it has completely dissolved). Bring this to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Make sure it does not clump or stick to the bottom of the pot.
- 2.3. Remove from heat. Now you are ready to add the rest of your ingredients.
