I am amateur "kit" brewer, with less than a year experience, but now with over 13 batches. All my previous experience has been with MB kits.

I recently brewed and bottled my first batch of Brew Demon's Dante's Delight Weizenbier. After waiting over 4 weeks and allowing it to chill for 3 days in the fridge, the beer tasting members of my family and I taste tested over the Memorial Weekend.

The overall approval rating was it was as good if not better than the previous MB brews I had made. Let's just say, the weather was not "overly hot" and yet it still was a hit, so people were not just drinking it to quench a thirst.

The DDW poured with a nice creamy head, it was light, clear, and quite refreshing. I pour slowly into iced, heavy glass beer glasses, kept cool with koozies. From first sip to last, it was cool and good.

I brewed a batch of Brew Demon "Prophecy Ale" this past weekend and will advise once that is ready. Cheers to all.

I made this with one can of pale unhopped extract (I have not tried the brew enhancer). I loved it. It's my favorite 2 gallon kit beer so far. My partner liked it to, so I'll be getting more.

New to the home brewing scene, and made this as my first brewing batch. Wow what a great experience this tastes great. I used nothing special to make this beer (household pots, tap water, regular white suger to bottle) great taste, nice head, and packs a punch so drink responsibly and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

This is only my second batch of beer using brew demon and I'm very impressed. The only danger is that if I put more liters in the fridge I'm not sure I could stop drinking. It's a very easy drinking beer with a fruity aftertaste you want to savor. One more note, I took the easy route all the way around. Used tap water, 7 days of fermenting and only 5 days of carbonating...still tastes amazing
