I really love these fermenter. I have two of these and wouldn't use any other. The design is always makes my brew even better!

Not like the original...

Hole for spigot very badly out-of-place; not very well centered in the boss. Leaks like a sieve. Not the rigid plastic of the old days; now flexible HDPE. Feels "cheap." Of a lesser diameter than the original; sits lower in the three-legged stand. I would NOT buy a second time. Needs spigot boss redesigned and made large enough for a one-inch transfer valve to have sufficient area around it for a 2" x 2" x 1/8" silicone gasket. Needs to be made again with the original, rigid plastic. Clear would be fine; the "milk jug" plastic is total krapp. I was very disappointed when comparing this cheaper version to my original amber item.
