Maltodextrin is less than 5% fermentable sugar used to enhance body, mouthfeel, and head retention. These changes can affect the perceived taste of beer, but maltodextrin itself does not contribute any significant sweetness. Typical usage is between 0.8 to 1.6 ounces per gallon batch.

Brewer's Note

For best results add during the boil, make sure it's fully dissolve before adding your extract.

HOW TO USE:
2.1. Empty the preferred amount to a mixing bowl, breakup any clumps that may have formed. This will help pour and mix more easily.

2.2. Place 4 cups of water into a clean 4-quart pot and bring to a boil. Once water begins to boil remove from heat, then slowly stir in the contents until it has completely dissolved. Bring this to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Make sure brewing enhancer does not clump or stick to the bottom of the pot.

2.3. Remove from heat. Now add the rest of your ingredients.
