I brewed this beer with a couple of additives. I added to the recipe 1 lb. of Plain Extra Light Dry Malt Extract and fermented with Safale US-05 Yeast. Best beer I ever made. Everyone here last night loved it. Several of my friends thought it was Miller Light. Now my 2 gallons of beer is gone and I have to get another kit. Darn!!!!! Mike Anderson Orange, Tx.

Now things have quieted down since the Holidays, I had time to sample some previous batches, I thought it appropriate to add my two cents on Cult Classic American Ale. Tastes Great! Smooth. Another hit with the beer drinking family members. Again, in the cool of winter here in the Northeast. Pours clean, but not much head. Also went well with my "spicy chex mix" and a movie. Thanks agin to all the guys and to Sam Dramis for all he has done. Art
