Pleasantly Surprised

I was skeptical of the fermenter at first but this thing is just the epitome of keeping it simple and still produced a tasty end product. Wound up with 4 litres of carbonated hard soda.
As for the Root Beer, its a little heavy on the mint and Ill probably try the sarsparilla kit next to see if thats closer to the hard root beer flavor I was looking for, still a good drink nonetheless.
All in all fun and easy.
