Signature series mixes feature complex blends of specialty malts, combined with the finest hops by master brewers in New Zealand’s famous Speight’s brewery, providing the optimum flavor profiles for world-class beers. Contains malted wheat, malted barley, water, hops, natural orange essence, coriander seeds and yeast. Brewer's Note

Unlike our Craft Series HME, Signature Series HME contain all the sugar necessary to produce 1 gallon of beer and is the only malt that can produce beer using just a single can of malt. So, by adding a second can (of this same malt), you can increase the batch size by 1 Gallon. Sanitize everything before making your beer.
