First purchase just followed basic recipe. Was pleased with acidity and apple taste great cider for the price will buy again

Makes a very good cider. If you prefer a unique taste replace sugar with 2 1/2 cups honey. Should land you around SG 1.044 and will end up between 4 and 5% ABV. This is more affordable than other similar products that are out there.
