Brewer's Note

Using seltzer water or a carbonating machine guarantees your soda will be alcohol-free and ready to drink! If you choose the "Optional - Natural Carbonation" method* you will need a "Carbonation Kit" (sold separately) and it will take your soda between 2-4 days to carbonate. This option will generate trace amounts of alcohol (0.5%) as a natural result of fermentation.
