Everyone that has tried this beer to has raved about it. This was my first batch ever. I cannot believe how easy it was. I bought a capper and some caps so I can give out bottles of my next batch without the fear of not getting the plastic bottles back. My local watering hole has saved all the hard cider bottles they get for me, so cost is not a factor for them. Those are the best because they are brown not clear to protect the flavor. Caps are about $4 for 144.
