I have been kicking around the idea of brewing my own beer for awhile. So when I googled “Getting started home brewing beer” Demon Brewing was at the top of the page. I was intrigued since I too live in AZ. I was happy to get the starter kit in just one day. I followed the instructions and now I’m in the last couple days of carbonization before I refrigerate it. Looking forward to a cold glass of Pilsner.

Truly a wonderful little set up. Much easier than the 5 gallon bucket, cook the mash approach, and the results are excellent!
